Welcome to Moments & More. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability of products.

For custom hampers, all selected items will be confirmed with the buyer before we order in products. Once the client has confirmed the selection, no changes or refunds will be available.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.
2. Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Full payment is required before an order will be processed and shipped.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship Australia-wide using standard shipping.

Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days of payment being received, unless they are custom orders.

Custom orders will be shipped once all items are sourced — additional time may be required.

Delivery timeframes are an estimate only. Moments & More is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Risk & Liability

Once orders leave our premises, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

We are not liable for damage caused during transit, including food items that may melt (e.g., chocolates) or be affected by weather conditions.

We take every effort to package items securely, but postal handling is beyond our control.
5. Perishable Items

Some hampers contain perishable food or drink items (such as chocolates). These should be consumed before the “best before” date printed on the packaging.

We are not responsible for any spoilage if items are not stored appropriately after delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the wrong item is supplied by us.

No refunds will be issued for custom hampers once the client has approved the final item list.
7. Product Variations

On occasion, products may vary slightly from the images shown on our website or social media.

We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a product is unavailable, while keeping the overall style and theme of the hamper intact.
